General sales conditions

1) General Conditions
These General sale Conditions are ruled by the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/2005), Section II, Articles 50-67 and by the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003) applied only to the sale of products via the Internet, as well as identified and listed in the section “Privacy” of the Site. The Customer is asked to print and/or keep these Terms and Conditions in the way he prefers. In case of variations of General Conditions, the purchase order will be ruled by the Terms and Conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer has placed the order.

2) Public Offer
Products and prices on this Site represent a public offer in accordance with the terms specified in the “General Conditions” and in the Website. The conditions of this offer are applicable only to purchases made on the Site.
The purchase contracts laid down on the Site are concluded with Dusciana Bravura.


3) Prices
All prices are inclusive of VAT.
Delivery costs are charged to the Customer and appropriately highlighted in the Purchase Order. The prices applied to the products are the ones shown on the Website at the time the Order, without any consideration relating to previous offers or price changes that may have occurred subsequently.

4) Orders
Purchase Orders must be made online through the order procedure on the Site, following the instructions at "Shopping Cart ".
In order to proceed with the compilation of the Purchase Order, the Customer may choose between one of the following methods:
c) In case the Customer has already registered on the site, he/she may simply enter his/her login credentials (username and password) by entering the section "Registered Customers".
d) In case the Customer is not a Member of the Site, he/she may simply insert into the form the required data useful to make the purchase, by entering the section "Buy as a guest".
dusciana.com reminds that the Customer may at any time become a Member of the Site by making his/her online registration through the page "My login".
The Customer Order Procedure is successfully completed if the Site does not show any error message. The Purchase Agreement will be concluded at the time of receipt of the Order by dusciana.com. In this case, dusciana.com shall acknowledge the receipt of the Order by sending an order confirmation to the email address provided by the Customer.
The order confirmation sums the products and their related prices (including delivery charges), the delivery address, the order number and the general and special conditions applicable to the order. The Customer undertakes to verify the correctness of the data contained in the Order Confirmation and to notify any corrections to dusciana.com within twenty four (24) hours of receipt. The Customer will be charged with the possible increased costs in case he/she fails to inform regarding errors in the data contained in the Order Confirmation received.
The Customer shall use in any communication with dusciana.com the Order Number generated by the system and reported by dusciana.com. In case of temporary unavailability of the products offered, dusciana.com will communicate to the Customer what products, in whole or in part, will not be provided.

6) Delivery Methods
The mode of delivery of the products purchased from this site can be found using the "Shipping" at the bottom of the home page of the Site

7) Returns and Warranties

10) Jurisdiction
Any disputes concerning the interpretation or execution of this contract shall be settled exclusively by the Court of Ravenna (Italy).
